I know many of you might label me as a Bezos lover, ass-kisser. I am not. I do not see him, at this stage of his maturity, as the type of human being that should as person to emulated, whose entrepreneurial success should be worshiped, let alone as seen as some kind of a role model. With his billions, he has had the power to truly change the world, but has done so in what still amounts limited impact. The same can be said about the world’s soon to be three thousand billionaires. I do see him, as having self-intoxicated on wealth and, now, political power and influence in what we use to call a vibrant democracy. Remember his own contribution to America’s recent election , and his decision the Washington Post ? Let’s keep an eye on those government contracts that will make their way to Blue Origin. Yeah , remember their motto ? “Gradatim Ferociter”. World domination, one customer at at a time, starting with the US government.

OK, perhaps I have been a bit to harsh, judgmentally blunt about a my views on the ultra-rich, apathetic classes.

Amazon,in a sense, has changed the world. They have changed the way the world of commerce interfaces both with the supply side and demand side. One must ask. Who is the demand side represented by? In America, consumerism is defined and built on the middle classes, and…
